Elgin Short Film Festival

One of the more exciting parts of Elgin is its focus on the arts and its importance in the community. Being a film aficionado myself, and studying film and working in the film/video industry, I was thrilled when the Elgin Short Film Festival committee invited me to be one of the judges to screen short films covering a wide array of topics, and coming from all around the world.

We look forward to attending the 2025 Festival in Elgin, IL, “with a glamorous red carpet reception featuring filmmakers arriving in classic cars, photo opportunities and pre-show entertainment….The ESFF celebrates creativity, storytelling, and the art of film in an intimate, vibrant setting.”
