Web Design Trends: to avoid
Before we talk about new trends coming up in 2018, let’s take a quick look at previous web trends that are considered past their due dates.
- Bevel and emboss (so late 90s)
- Fancy glass glossy buttons (due for a refresh)
- Cursive text (too much = bad design)
- The burst (considered the 80s mullet)
- Dramatic drop shadows (cheesy fake lighting effect)
