Friendly reminder: Update your passwords!

With all the recent attacks in the news, it is time to get serious about your online passwords and tracking your passwords.

First, CHANGE them! Grab a cup of coffee and update update update!

Second, keep a list of them so you can easily manage them.
You can do this by hand (we suggest using an address book and pencil) or with one of these digital services: LastPass.com, PasswordBox.com, KeePass.info

Some rules to try and follow:
1. do not REPEAT passwords, they should be NEW each time
2. use a combination of capital letters, symbols and numbers
3. DO NOT use names, birthdays, or address related passwords
