Looking to cut out confusing business processes and simplify customer service? The National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) had a wealth of internal information spread out across electronic documents, PowerPoint presentations, and old fashioned hard copies. In conjunction with Dynacom, Inc., Your Plan B Company created an intranet that became their knowledge management center. The site enabled healthcare staff to easily answer customer inquiries, identify the correct forms, and have their own questions answered in a special online employee guidebook.
