Surveys are not exactly fun to fill out.

With an easy to use interface design, as well as a gift certificate for users, Your Plan B Co. was able to create a survey that would reward users with a gift certificate, increasing the potential for number of users filling out the form and giving our client the answers they needed.

Working closely with Chandler Group in Evanston, we created a survey that is both informative as well as rewarding.
